What if we lived in a society that was not governed by a false image of perfection?

I've been reading a lot of questions about our society/influences/dieting/schooling/gov鈥?issues/etc....so I just have to ask: If we, in 2007, lived in a society where the media didn't dictate a perception of beauty, acceptable lifestyles or what was ';cool'; (Ie: Fashion, Entertainment, You-Name-It) where do you think we would be? What if, just what if, we lived in a society NOT governed by this false image of perfection.....what would that even be like?What if we lived in a society that was not governed by a false image of perfection?
for now, we can only wonder, unfortunently...











but life certainly would be nicer, less stress =).... many things would be different (and better)What if we lived in a society that was not governed by a false image of perfection?
back to the basics would be nice.





It's most unfortunate that women fall for all that stuff and spend so much money on that stuff.
